There are already tons of exercises, technical tutorials and session plans out there on the internet. The problem in my eyes is, that it still needs some work to decide, what things to do and how to put them together and then there is a even bigger problem afterwards: you need a lot of motivation to get started and keep going through your session.
In my eyes it is no suprise, that follow along fitness videos have become very popular, as they take away the planning part and they also lower the barrier to get started and keep going. Down below you find sessions for all levels and all the important areas for badminton, and the best thing: almost all of them can be done at home, and with none to very little equipment:
