By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors of the website and all customers purchasing digital products, services, or event participation from Tobias Wadenka Badminton Coaching.

The website offers in particular:

Digital training courses (e.g. Footwork Fast Lane)

Access to online community platforms

Badminton training camps and live coaching events

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when a customer places an order via the website and receives an automated order confirmation email.

Payments are processed through:

Stripe

PayPal

Bank transfer (on request)

Customers will receive an automated confirmation and invoice after completing the purchase.

3. Digital Products (Online Courses)

Digital products include online training programs such as Footwork Fast Lane.

After successful payment:

course access is granted immediately

users receive login details via email

access includes the online community platform

Access is provided for an unlimited duration, unless otherwise specified.

Tobias Wadenka reserves the right to:

update course content

improve materials

modify platform features

4. Refund Policy for Online Courses

Customers receive a voluntary 14-day refund guarantee after purchase.

Refund requests must be sent to:

Refunds will be issued if requested within 14 days of purchase.

After this period refunds are not possible.

5. User Accounts and Community Access

Access to course materials and community platforms is personal.

Users agree that they will not:

share login credentials

distribute course materials

make course content publicly available

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website and within the courses, including:

videos

training programs

documents

graphics

audio content

are protected by copyright.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Course access grants a personal, non-transferable license for private use only.

7. Training Camps and Live Events

The website offers badminton training camps.

Camp participation requires registration via the website.

Camp fees must be paid within 14 days after registration and before the event begins.

The camp price includes only the training program.

Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included.

8. Cancellation Policy for Camps

Participants may cancel their registration as follows:

cancellation up to 14 days before the event → free of charge

cancellation up to 7 days before the event → 50% of the participation fee

cancellation less than 7 days before the event → 100% of the participation fee

If the vacated spot can be filled by another participant, cancellation fees may be waived.

9. Minimum Participants and Event Cancellation

Training camps require a minimum of 16 participants.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the organizer becomes unable to conduct the event due to illness or other circumstances, the event may be cancelled.

In such cases, participation fees will be refunded.

No liability exists for travel costs, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

10. Health and Personal Responsibility

Participation in sports training requires an adequate level of health and physical fitness.

Participants confirm that they are medically able to participate in sports activities.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Participation of Minors

Participants under the age of 18 may only participate with the consent of their legal guardians.

Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

12. Website Availability

The website and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

technical maintenance

server issues

third-party services

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Third-Party Services

The website may use services provided by third parties including:

Use of these services may involve additional terms and privacy policies of those providers.

14. Liability

The organizer shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is Nürnberg, Germany.

16. Changes to These Terms

Tobias Wadenka reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Tobias Wadenka betreibt sein Unternehmen als Einzelunternehmer nach der Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG). Daher wird auf Rechnungen keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese AGB gelten für alle Nutzer der Website sowie für Kunden, die digitale Produkte oder die Teilnahme an Trainingscamps buchen.

2. Vertragsschluss

Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald ein Kunde eine Bestellung über die Website abschließt und eine automatische Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhält.

Zahlungen können erfolgen über:

PayPal

Stripe

Banküberweisung (auf Anfrage)

Nach Abschluss der Bestellung erhalten Kunden eine Bestellbestätigung sowie eine Rechnung.

3. Digitale Produkte (Onlinekurse)

Digitale Produkte umfassen insbesondere den Onlinekurs Footwork Fast Lane.

Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung erhalten Kunden sofortigen Zugriff auf:

die zugehörige Community-Plattform

Der Zugang erfolgt grundsätzlich zeitlich unbegrenzt.

Der Anbieter behält sich vor:

Inhalte zu aktualisieren

Trainingsprogramme zu erweitern

technische Anpassungen vorzunehmen

4. Rückerstattung für Onlinekurse

Für Onlinekurse gilt eine freiwillige 14-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie.

Rückerstattungsanfragen müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Kauf per E-Mail an:

gestellt werden.

Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist eine Rückerstattung nicht mehr möglich.

5. Nutzerkonten und Community

Der Zugang zu Kursmaterialien und Community-Bereichen ist personenbezogen.

Es ist untersagt:

Zugangsdaten weiterzugeben

Inhalte zu kopieren oder weiterzugeben

Kursmaterial öffentlich zu verbreiten

Bei Verstößen kann der Zugang ohne Rückerstattung gesperrt werden.

6. Urheberrecht

Alle Inhalte der Website und der Onlinekurse, insbesondere Videos, Trainingsprogramme, Texte und Grafiken, sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.

Eine Nutzung über den persönlichen Gebrauch hinaus ist ohne schriftliche Zustimmung nicht gestattet.

7. Trainingscamps

Über die Website können Badminton-Trainingscamps gebucht werden.

Die Teilnahmegebühr ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Anmeldung und spätestens vor Beginn des Lehrgangs zu bezahlen.

Die Teilnahmegebühr umfasst ausschließlich das Trainingsprogramm.

Anreise, Unterkunft und Verpflegung sind nicht im Preis enthalten.

8. Stornierung von Camps

Eine Stornierung ist möglich:

bis 14 Tage vor Lehrgangsbeginn → kostenfrei

bis 7 Tage vor Lehrgangsbeginn → 50 % der Teilnahmegebühr

weniger als 7 Tage vor Lehrgangsbeginn → 100 % der Teilnahmegebühr

Sollte der freigewordene Platz durch einen Nachrücker besetzt werden, können Stornokosten entfallen.

9. Mindestteilnehmerzahl und Absage

Für die Durchführung eines Camps ist eine Mindestteilnehmerzahl von 16 Personen erforderlich.

Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, ein Camp abzusagen, wenn:

die Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht wird

Krankheit oder andere unvorhersehbare Umstände vorliegen

In diesem Fall wird die Teilnahmegebühr vollständig erstattet.

Ein Anspruch auf Ersatz von Reise- oder Unterkunftskosten besteht nicht.

10. Gesundheit und Eigenverantwortung

Die Teilnahme an sportlichen Trainingsmaßnahmen setzt eine ausreichende gesundheitliche und körperliche Belastbarkeit voraus.

Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.

Der Veranstalter haftet nur für Schäden, die durch vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verhalten verursacht wurden.

11. Teilnahme Minderjähriger

Minderjährige dürfen nur mit Zustimmung ihrer Erziehungsberechtigten teilnehmen.

Die Anmeldung muss durch einen Erziehungsberechtigten erfolgen.

12. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Gerichtsstand ist Nürnberg.

13. Änderungen der AGB

Der Anbieter behält sich vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern.

Die jeweils aktuelle Version ist auf der Website verfügbar.
