Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of online courses through the website www.tobiaswadenka.com,

offered by Tobias Wadenka (sole proprietorship).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the payment process and receives access to the purchased

digital content.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro and include VAT, if applicable. Payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe.

4. Delivery and Access

Online courses are made available immediately after successful payment via a secure login area. The customer receives individual access to the purchased content.

5. User Obligations

Users may not share, distribute or reproduce content without permission. Access is personal and non-transferable.

6. Liability

The provider is not liable for technical interruptions or damages resulting from improper use. Legal liability remains unaffected in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg, Germany.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tobias Wadenka, Siegfriedstraße 33, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not expire upon delivery of digital content unless the customer has explicitly waived this right before download/access. As no waiver is requested during purchase, the 14-day right remains valid
